Be prepared to be entertained during an evening infused with live performances by some of our of our very own Okanagan Symphony musicians – as well as renowned musical guests. A toast of champagne will await when you arrive on the site followed by a lovely reception on the Piazza, Live and Silent Auctions items to view and The Glitter of Gold Reverse Draw will undoubtedly pique your interest and excitement. Dining Alfresco is always a highlight while enjoying the expansive views of the beautiful Okanagan. WINE FUTURES: 2009 CHATEAU DU TERTRE
12 bottles of 2009 Chateau du Tertre - Plus take home on Gala evening 1 bottle Chateau du Tertre 2004

Chateau du Tertre 2009 – A dense ruby/purple color is accompanied by ripe notes of red and black fruits intermixed with subtle smoke, ink, and damp earth. The lusciousness continues on the palate with an opulent, layered, rich mouthfeel. Medium to full-bodied wine with not a hard edge to be found, but plenty of ripe tannins.
The 2009 futures are highly regarded from this 5th Growth Margaux. Should drink beautifully for 20+ years. Parker – 90 – 92

At Cedar Creek, we are committed to producing premium British Columbia wines. Family ownership means we craft our wines with care and attention to detail, from the vineyard to the bottle. Our pride in producing premium BC wines is reflected in our winemaking philosophy:
Respect the Land. Honour Tradition. Pursue Perfection.
Recognized as Canada's Winery of the Year in 2002 & 2005 at the Canadian Wine Awards - Discover the best of The Okanagan!
Chef Michael Lyon first got his start in kitchens at the ripe age of 14 and has not stopped since. After completing training at George Brown College in Toronto, Michael honed his skills in Toronto, and moved west in 2001. Michael’s move to Kelowna and the historic Hotel Eldorado places him in the ultimate setting for a Chef.
